I’ve seen other shitbag companies like Atlassian start to do this. You’ll have a paid subscription or whatever (In my case JIRA) that they force some garbage AI into which they claim is now totally integrated into the product, so “whoops! We can’t disable it.”

Drives me mad.

I permanently muted the mic on my home max speaker, but still use it for casting music, works well.

I do have a home assistant voice speaker for the timers though
