So Iran is targeting the military sites that attacked it, while the USA plans a massive post-election attack on civilian infrastructure in Iran? One of these countries is acting more evil than the other.
I still haven’t forgotten what they did to their own protesting citizens.

Yes, the Iranian regime is nasty to its citizens. This doesn’t justify the USA attacking civilian Iranian targets while Iran attacks military American targets.
