Been using Faugus recently and its so clean. Very unlikely to fire up lutris or any of the others anytime soon.
Faugus is great. I like how you can choose to create a new prefix or install a game in an existing prefix.
The actual prefix locations are easy to find too, unlike when you add a game through Steam and it’s buried like 15 folders deep somewhere
It’s a great app. I just wish they would improve the list layout by adding edit and delete buttons. And especially making the edit window bigger and resizable. Right now it is so small that I don’t even see the game’s folder’s full name in the path input field, not to mention full absolute path.
Been meaning to check out Faugus for a while, now seems like a good time!
I have had this app installed for a very long time and I haven’t used it even once. I’m embarrassed to say that I don’t understand how it works. So this looks really cool and now I want to try to use it.
Mess around with it a bit, I found it to be pretty user friendly (while still being powerful).
I really like Faugus. Too bad they switched to GTK some time ago. I know it’s just visuals but I just don’t want to deal with it. Vermouth is pretty decent as well and integrates into KDE
