Nah the Raspberry Pi Foundation has been going down this route since covid, long before AI was being crammed into and consuming everything.

Utilization has no memory either so that will reset every month. Like for example you have high utilization for 6 months straight and pay it all off, in month 7 your score will look like you’ve always had low utilization.

You’re roughly getting 150x the power for 10x the cost with the current price hike.
Maybe in a vacuum, but in a world with millions or even billions of ‘legacy’ devices sitting around collecting dust that have equal or better compute power for less cost, these devices don’t really make sense.

Losing to who? Use any office PC anywhere and it’s almost guaranteed to be a Windows PC.

But its also not not the same as looking to remove 60k employees. Right before my company did forced layoffs, they offered voluntary packages like this with the stipulation that if enough people didnt take them, it’d transform into involuntary layoffs.
They are offering this to 60k employees and should all of them take it, that’s 60k fewer employees at the end of the day. Of course it’s unlikely for that to happen but not impossible meaning they’re prepared to lose all of these people.

Those people are in the background though. If you go off the wheel size for scale and estimate it to be around 20", the car is only 2x the height of the wheels, so not that big. Something small like that would be amazing with 800HP.

Don’t forget about the Magnum which was a wagon just like this.

And IJ represents their clients for free with the goal of setting court precedence that can be used in other cases and/or taken to the Supreme Court to help the whole country.

I’ve noticed a lot more right-wing “just asking questions!” type comments lately but chalk it up to there being an election this year and the right spreading their plague around social media.

I’ve been buying refurbished drives from ServerPartDeals and looking at my invoice from March versus now the price of the same drive has gone up 10% from $180 to $198 (Ultrastar HC530 14TB)
I wouldn’t use a Pi for that either as this can all be done with a $5 ESP32
