dared to say I didn’t realize Xinnie the Pooh memes could be racist.
I have never heard this called racist. If they are claiming that merely because the cartoon bear is yellow then I would say they are more racist for making such a comparison…

Also, I didn’t ask you, I asked the user making the accusation.
Wow, you are standoffish.
Really? Which? I’ve only seen this on LW’s selfhosted and anything by DB0
Why did you not just say what your hobby is that includes driving so far away? Lol
Here in Tokyo, I feel things are pretty rough financially too. I cannot imagine how hard it is in inaka. It’s quite sad that everything seems to be pulled towards a few cities. This feels different than America where the draw is to bigger local cities whereas here it’s mostly to only the biggest cities.
First year introduction to Humanities course. We are assigned groups with a final project very early on in the semester. Pretty much no one shows up to work on the project except the last week or so. At least they do show up and finish the project.
One person does not respond the entire semester then shows up the last day expecting some degree of credit. They did literally nothing. They claim someone died in their family and they have been broken up all semester… I tell them that they could have told us five months ago. They should speak to the Professor if that is legitimate not make us hide their lack of participation for them.
Welp, time to discard all things Roku in my house. I’ve already been trying to make everything “dumb” again.
As if Roku is some great company beyond Fox lol
