The idea is cool but I think I’ll pass.

Technically they still made more money. They just made less than their projections by about a billion dollars.

Or at the very least an “article of faith” protected by the US Government. Idk about humanism tax status.

Was that the Agent Pond game with the cybercows? Not convincing at all, and also not a work file like psd, xcf, or clip, but yeah they tried.

They probably meant to respond to me or something.

Sloppers think it’s the future, most of them have no idea how hated they are. Their shitbots tell them “AI assisted tools allow you to do more, better, faster” and not “yeah boss everyone will hate everything we make”.
How is asking them to prove they did or can do work that they didn’t and couldn’t do not definitive proof?

I think a lot of them will in fact volunteer that information, and there is definitely a definitive way to detect AI: ask the developers to show their work. Images have layers, 3D assets can be demonstrated. Code is only slightly more ambiguous. On top of all of that, there is an obvious quality difference.

Honestly if we can just prioritize giving real developers a spotlight to be seen and heard, sorting specifically by no-ai and having awards and events for no-ai, then I could see this being a potentially good thing. The low effort game devs of the past will all naturally sort themselves into slopper categories and out of the market.
The only problem is that perhaps not enough consumers are competent enough to care if a product is slop.

Neat. So are legacy BIOS actually more secure at the moment? Weird to think about but very reminiscent of that one time almost every Gigabyte™ brand mobo had an exploit tied to its online update capability.

I see you start off with a bit of devils advocacy before acknowledging the risks, but this is what happens with the 12VHPWR cables:

This is not normal. This is new.

It’s less about the practicality of anybody other than a repairman resocketing and/or unplugging gpus daily and more about the fact that it’s of such measurably lower quality that resocketing and/or unplugging will permanently damage the device at some point.

NGL you couldn’t pay me to use the newer models after the 30 series. First of all, I don’t touch anything developed with or alongside AI. Secondly I have heard the new power cables are fire hazards only rated for a dozen plugs and unplugs.

Good game, would be nice if there was a difficulty setting for people who want to go slower. Sometimes it goes so fast that I’m too busy dodging obstacles to even recall the answer after I pass by.

“Men who the data should be hidden from is saying data is improperly hidden”
IDGAF what the DHS’ opinion is on this, it’s probably the same as when they were pushing hard to get local PDs and Sherriffs to store arrest records on a federal DHS database. This is the department above the ICE.

Must have taken out Fire Insurance on it.

The USA is also at the lowest point it has been in well over a century.

What China did in Iran is a lot more sinister, they provided guns and bombs to the IRGC and Ayatollah who starved and shot their own citizens earlier this year in higher numbers than the death toll from the war with the USA.
China also promoted and helped reelect Donald Trump using TikTok which is now and has always been operated out of Beijing.

Long title just to say “China is only slightly worse than the USA on every metric”.
