The RAM price jumps hurts smartphone prices too. Several models have basically no upgrades from the last year’s generation (see: Pixel) because of it.

ESP32 started in the segment far below and moving up to match

So do I!

If the presidency gets nullified due to always having been disqualified, the pardon power nullifies. So it’s to the point.
Oh no he did give a shit. On the carpet.
Feels like that’s a basement area in a small house and it’s not super rare to have bathroom type sections like that. But usually there would still be some divider.

They tried and Trump got real mad about it because he wanted to drag them through the courts and with the pardon the courts wouldn’t comply

You can void a pardon that wasn’t legally issued.
14A3 disqualified Trump from reelection. Now you just need to get that enforced and even his pardons in the second term can be eradicated

14A3 disqualifies him. He wasn’t legally appointed.
The problem is enforcing it and getting it legally recognized that nothing he did in the second term had legal force, and nothing had immunity.
Under ranked choice voting this would be safe, under FPTP it’s suicide

The GrapheneOS people are using CPU level hardware security functions provided by Qualcomm, I’m assuming the partnership means they get proper access to drivers and Motorola / Lenovo won’t be modifying the CPU.
Now there’s still plenty of room for shenanigans in other places like the modem and various interconnects and the motherboard and all that, but at least there’s some baseline security provided there using ARM secure boot and hardware level exploit protection in the CPU, etc.

How about don’t present partial matches, demand more data first to raise certainty of the results. Especially partial matches against open ended data sets is wildly unsafe in almost every case (eg. not already having suspects).
Responsible presentation is sometimes not at all, if the user isn’t an expert.

Copyright generally requires human expression regardless of what the type of work is, it’s not about what you were inspired by
If you did derive your work from something else and yours is similar enough, then now both you and the original author has separate copyrights on the result which both needs to be licensed to sell the work (prime example is book translations)
Half of the time you pay for the product and you’re stillthe product

Evil genies

The problem is as usual that they violate everybody’s expectations as they make the change…

If continuity isn’t relevant for qualia, then LLMs could have perpetually incomplete perception like the edge of the image drawn on a CRT screen when captured at high frame rates. You never see a complete picture even if it’s technically represented.

The debate on consciousness are on par with Copenhagen interpretation versus pilot wave versus multiple words - except the underlying theory they’re trying to describe is also not well defined
We can only practically describe subsets of what’s required for some basic functions, and we can describe a bunch of chemistry, some brain activation patterns, etc. But nobody can tie that together to why we feel what we feel (and some don’t agree that qualia is real, that perception itself is an illusion)
The ESP32 series have already switched to RISC-V for most models and many other microcontrollers has too. There’s not a lot in the laptop/desktop territory but with enough incentives it’s gonna happen
