There are a lot of countries that have extradition policies that don’t follow them for people they consider citizens.

Greece has extradition treaties with the US but won’t extradite the scumbag because he is a citizen.

This happens with a lot of people who flee to their home country.

Unless Elon and the said staffers personally give Trump a big pile of cash I doubt he will pardon any of them.
