I use IVPN and starting to switch my E-Mails to Posteo. Both are european services.

Take a look into IVPN if you need a VPN service. Posteo is a good E-Mail-Provider.

you can do this with home assistant and z-wave / zigbee sensors. but you have to do it yourself and this takes time and knowledge.

bonus points for z-wave/zigbee only devices without wlan/bluetooth connectivityy
