Basically the opposite. The guy is a Humanist. Humanism is basically the opposite of established religion like you’re thinking. They focus on the belief that humans are ultimately responsible for their own autonomy and progress and that our morals and ethics can be defined from the fact we are social beings who ultimately must rely on each other. Humanism tends to emphasize science and human agency.

Those “they worked less” articles often twist and lose the truth. They worked less on the specific work for their masters maybe, but they had to because they had to work at home; everything and I mean everything took longer back then. They needed more time to prepare food and darn their socks and split firewood for the winter and whatnot. They couldn’t just run to the nearest store if they needed a loaf of bread. They had to actually make it. So yes, they “worked less” but they also worked a lot more doing their house chores just to survive.

Wikipedia has a death by industrial robots section. I see two names. I used to help develop these sorts of robots and knew of two other deaths not on that category but overall very few.

Their Deaths attributed to AI is already up to 30 or so.

It’s not really something you should respect. It’s PR shell games. They fired senior staff to replace them with cheaper juniors. Not because they actually think they’re training the future but because they think they can get the same work out of them+AI

Using personal opinion of crowds is notoriously very bad and people are easily misguided. ALL this says is the Chinese BELIEVE they’re democratic and all equal. Not that they actually are.

I’ve never played it solo so really couldn’t say. Personally I like a steady smooth progression. I don’t like massive difficulty spikes you didn’t see coming and have no way to prepare for.

I don’t find Ravenswatch slow but like I said, I play with friends, so the first few minutes yeah I’m just chatting with friends while we run around doing the points of interest and then when it gets harder we focus up.

My friends and I have being enjoying Gunfire Reborn and Ravenswatch. There’s enough diversity in the classes in each they might work for all.

I’ve generally found companies that make interviewing it’s own esoteric challenge are not places you want to work at anyways.
