I’m sure we’ll have a Democratic super majority that sweeps in and sides with the citizenry over capital.

The House and the Senate pass a new bill/law (majority vote), the president has to sign it. If the president vetos it, it goes back and the legislature can override the veto with a 2/3 vote.

There are some other goofy things with pocket vetoes and whatnot, but that’s basically it.

It’s all the same day, except the areas that don’t change the clocks at all.
