Sunderfolk we’ve played with players rotating throughout the campaign. You always have 4 characters in the party which can be controlled by 1-4 people playing one or more. The mechanices are easy enough for someone to catch on within a round or two. In addition to the campaign there are one shots also available and I think player created adventures were on the roadmap.
