If you claim to can hear a difference between flac and a high quality mp3, would you really want to use the shitty phone DAC to plug your headphones in?

You can just buy a phone with a headphone jack if you need that. There are plenty options and nobody is forcing you to buy a device without one.

Any halfway decent pair of bluetooth headphones has negligible latency nowadays. I play competitive PC games with bluetooth audio and there’s no problem.

Headphone jacks in phones need space for the jack itself and a DAC while not a lot of people use them anymore. That’s why many phones don’t have them. If you do need a headphone jack, you can just buy a phone with a a headphone jack.

Doesn’t matter if you technically consent, that shit is still illegal (at least in the EU)
