At least one person was pleased with the appointment: Steve Bannon, who served as Trump’s special adviser during his first term and has been an indefatigable promoter of national populism. Speaking to Le Monde, he said that Trump’s decision was a “fuck you to the Republican establishment and to democratic socialists.”
Democratic Socialists? Looks like it was a fuck you to the American public at large. Time to stop pretending that Democrats are some minority fringe group.
I want to park Steve Bannon at aligator alcatraz and force feed him vodka till his liver explodes.
