Reminds me of that scene in Almost Famous where the Rolling Stone editor chews out the reporter because the band denied the stories of drunken debauchery and the naive conclusion was that it MUST have been fabricated.

Of course China would never dream of doing such a thing, it’s as obvious as USA would never dream of it either. It’s not like either side have organisations specifically for such purposes.
