Cult of the Lamb is a 2 player coop RPG with roguelite gameplay! I’ve only played single player though so I can’t speak to the coop.
One of my favorites is Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos. It’s a Zeldalike roguelite with city building and a bunch of player classes. I had a blast with this one. Looks like you need a custom GE-Proton for this.
Also a shoutout to Rabbit & Steel, which is a 2D MMO raid simulator roguelike.

3·23 days agoNot true. My 2015 car uses gps satellites to determine its clock. In 2019 there was a gps week number rollover due to a 10-bit counter rolling over. My car hasn’t had the correct time since and the manufacturer doesn’t distribute update CDs for it. I can set the clock manually and even change the settings to not auto update, but it resets every time I turn off the car.
So while yes the satellites just count seconds, it’s interpreted by other devices and the differences will confuse them.

I’ve wanted something akin to this for D&D played online. I could activate my “elf NPC” mode and have an elf avatar redub what I’m saying in a distinct voice, inflections to match gender, etc. It’s a very niche usecase and I definitely don’t mind doing a mild voice and having everyone fill in with their imagination. But it would be cool if implemented well.
Problem is, once this exists, it’s a misinformation nightmare for the rest of the world.
